ERROR ->Change Units

Hi, all.
When change units from current to another units the page setup realign
then paper size but change then dimention of page and not ridimention the
page:
Change From menu item 'Report/Units
Page Setup (before Change):
Units: Inches;
PaperSize: Custom
Width: 4
Heigth: 2
Page Setup (after Change):
Units: Millimeters;
PaperSize: A4 210 x 297 mm
Width: 210
Heigth: 297

Change From menu item 'Report/Units' or from Rulers
Page Setup (before Change):
Units: Inches;
PaperSize: Custom
Width: 4
Heigth: 2
Page Setup (after Change):
Units: Millimeters;
PaperSize: A4 210 x 297 mm
Width: 210
Heigth: 297
