This sounds like the design time and runtime packages have a mismatch. Try
uninstalling the RBTeechart packages from delphi and recompiling them and
install them as described in our Readme.doc in the installed
    ..\RBuilder\Teechart directory.

    Hallo Jim,

thank's for your response. But this didn't solve the problems. When trying
    to recompile the

RBTeeChart Package (rbTC66.dpk) as described in your word document I get a
    new error

(I think: it is a old one).

    Can't find IEdiGene.dcu.

Yes! I own a registered Version of TeeChart Pro! And it is installed and it
    works fine!

    No! I can't use packages!

I don't know how to install your wrapper.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello,

I am having the same problem. I got a new machine, installed D6 on it.
Installed the new TeeChart 5.02 release that went out on Monday, Oct 1st.
Installed ReportBuilder 6.02. Still could not load the Report Builder
TeeChart packages. I tried recompiling the packages as outlined in the
readme.doc and got the same error message regarding file not found:
IEdiGene.dcu. That file is nowhere on my harddrive. I'm not sure why Tee40
is defined for Delphi 6 versions, but that's why it's looking for that file.

I have been trying for several *weeks* to get this working with no success,
and I'm very frustrated at this point. I have sent emails to the support
team, who are usually very prompt in assistance, except for this time. I
would sincerely appreciate some help in getting this issue resolved.

TeeChart 5.02 has been released as a final version. RB 6.02 works with the
beta version of TeeChart 5.02. We're working on rebuilding the packages.
Currently, RB 6.02 doesn't support the 5.02 final release. Thankyou for
    your patience.

    Hi Jim,

Any anticipated release time frame? Just for the record, I could not get
TeeChart 5.02 beta and RB 6.02 working either. If I could get that working,
then I'd be fine. The worst situation would be to get the recompiled 6.02
and still have that not work either. I would like to talk to a support
person about this, but I don't think I should have to pay $3/min for support
when I can't even get the product to install. The support from RB has always
    been excellent in the past.

I'm emailing you how to add support for TeeChart 5.02 Final Release with RB
6.02. There is a readme.txt in the zip file which describes the process.

Natalie, there is a conversion problem in the example you provided. We'll
let you know when we have it resolved. The series is not owned by the form,
as it was in previous versions. Thankyou, for your patience.

    Hi Jim,

I'm just glad the problem was found so now it can be addressed. I will wait
to hear from you for the update.

    Thanks,

I'd also like a copy of that email when it's available.

I've tried several things to get dclRBC66 to recompile, including defining
both TEE50 and TEE52 (and undefining TEE40). This almost worked, but then I
    couldn't find proxies.dcu...

The same here. I also am trying to get things working. Especially since I only
purchased the Pro version of Tchart because you said so...
Please send me the E-mail asap. Why not publish it on the website or here?

    Greetings, Ronald Janse
