Friendly advice
Hi, i've purchased RB Pro (very, VERY happy with it) and ExtraDevices
(very nice product too). But i want to give a friendly advice:
You should include the file exporters into your product in order to buy
only one product, but (more important) specially to have a centralized
support. The support of Waler is terrible, i've sent to him two
questions from tuesday and have no reply.
It's frustrating to have so great tool as RB and a little part of it
(the file exporters) in hands of a third person who has not the same
excelent support of you.
