How 2 limit component stretching

Hi,
I have three memo controls on a one page report. The first control is at a
fixed location but set to stretch. The next memo shifts relative to the
first and stretches. The 3rd memo shifts relative to the 2nd and stretches
as well. Each memo is dedicated to displaying a specific type of note. The
height of the area where the three memo's print is fixed. Is there a way to
allow the 3rd memo the shift and stretch but limit its height to a maximum?

The best bet would be to use a fixed style subreport to print the text
inside of a fixed area. Resize the fixed subreport to be the height that it
should be, at report design time.
