re-naming reports

I am having a little problem, nothing major just a pain, when I
re-name my reports if I change something from CAPS to lowercase RB
tells me that I already have that name in use. Even if I open the
report and say 'save as' and change the name, it prompts me to save
over the existing file, and I say 'yes', it still wont change the name
from CAPS to lowercase.

How do I fix this?

It's the behavior of the TSaveDialog. If you create a demo project it will
behave in this manner when the SaveDialog.Options include ofOverwritePrompt.
