Help! RB6 Printer spooling problem

Hi,
We're having a problem happening with few clients after upgrading to RB6,
(previously was on RB5).
What's happening is that sometimes the print job shows as "Spooling in
progress" and Progress like "174K of 174K", but it is hanging there and
backing up the print queue, and it is never released to the printer until
the user closes the application.

The client is claiming it was never happening before, we were not able to
duplicate it here.. is there any changes in the new RB, new checking for
example that wasn't happening before or something that would cause EndDoc
not to be called properly? is there anything that we should look at other
than reviewing our code (which we're doing anyway), although I thought the
whole printing process is encapsulated in RB..

This hasn't been a reported issue with the current release. Have them
install the latest printer driver for that printer, since you're saying that
the report works on your printers.
