Is there an example for printing an invoice?

My situation is typical:

1) a Client name/address table,

2) an Invoice table (foreign key to Client name/address table, invoice
number, date, total, etc.),

3) and an Invoice Detail table with one or more line items appearing on the
invoice (foreign key to Invoice table, product description, unit price,
quantity, etc.).
