Limit memo stretching at the end of the last page.

I have a memo component in the summary band with a lot of row.
I have set the memo stretch property to True.

Is there a way to stretch the memo only at the end of the page where the
summary band is printed (the last page) and discard the memo rows that will
be printed on the next page ?
