problem with DetailBand height/RichText

Hello,
I have a report qith a simple ppRichText on a DetailBand.
ppRichText is filled on beforegenerate event of DetailBand qith the content
of a StringList. The problem is that, sometimes, RB prints too much space
after the RichText. It results that there is almost 1 cm of blank space
between 2 successive detailbands, instead of a few millimeters.

Did anybody experienced this problem ?

I don't see this problem with a few demos I'm running here. Can you send an
example to support@digital-metaphors.com One other thing to check is the
BottomOffset property of the detail band and the controls in the band, as
this would cause space to be printed for sure.

It would be complicated to send a demo because I think problem comes from
EPSON driver for a ticket printer. What I don't understand is that the
problem seems to occur randomly.

I dropped TppRichText component from the report and then put it another one
and it worked fine... I hope it was not just for a day !

Make sure you have the latest printer driver available as well. Can you
test this report using a different printer to verify that the Epson driver
is at fault?
