Autosearch fields and web tier

I have created a simple report server and web tier. I am trying to call a
specific report and pass some parameters to the auto search fields. I dont
want the auto search dialog to show when the parameters are passed.

I am using the following to call the report but when I do the auto search
fields are not set and used. What is the trick to this? I have seen a few
questions about autosearch fields and web tier but cannot find any specific
information on what needs to be done and why. And how does the sessionID fit
into all of this as I dont want my users to have to log on.
