Hello.

I have fixed the problem.

I have re-created the web .dll file, and it worked. The only thing that
I can think of that was causing the problem was that I had changed the
report builder server version, and that had some ill effects.

That could do it. Whenever you update to a new version, I recommend
rebuilding your server, webtier, and client applications to keep them all in
sync.
