Updating dataset while printing

Hi, I need to update the fields

Date,
Time,
Form number,

as I am printing the forms.

Which event should I use? Some events are fired many times and I got same
record updated twice.

Can you please be more clear regarding what you are trying to do? Are these
fields on the form whose content you need to update? Or are you trying to
update data in the DB as the report prints?
