Mail Merge

HI,

I've got a big process running to return a file into our system, as part of
the return we might need to send letters out to customers using information
generated in the process. The best solution would be to write the letter
reading the file at run time.

Is there a safe way to write a lot of mail merge letters using the report
builder at run time. Is there anyway I can call then through a thread? I'm
doing a big old return process and its got to be threaded.

Any Ideas?
