Refresh DataViews?

I have a TeeChartDB component pointing to a dataview that I created on the
Data tab. When I first open the report with data, the TeeChartDB is
correctly populated. If I "refresh" the report, the data in the TeeChartDB
is not updated. The only difference between the open and refresh is that I
am not assigning a template file. If I open the designer after a refresh
and go to the dataview and click the Preview button and exit, the
TeeChartDB is refreshed properly. What do I need to do to refresh the data
in the query properly without having to go in and click the Preview button
or open the report from scratch? I am doing a ppReport.Reset and
ppReport.ResetDevices but that has no effect on the refresh.
