Where are the http://www.digital-metaphors.com/tips/ files ?

Hi there,

I'm new to this newsgroups.
Reading threads i noticed that some example code could be found on the above
URL.
Trying to download one did not
work.(http://www.digital-metaphors.com/tips/LaunchQueryDesignerViaCode.zip)
I have tried it over several days so i assume the server is not down.

Can anybody tell me where to get these examples ??
