Display of Month in a Crosstab Report

CrossTab Report
In the SQL statement
"EXTRACT(MONTH FROM [Table].[ADate]) AS M"
gives me the month number.
I want to display M(month number) as The Name of the month ie,. Jan, Feb,

Problem I cannot seem to change the Display Format any one Field in a Cross
tab report

Is There a way I can do this within RB

Add your data field to the select clause and set the display format on that
field. This way you get to set it to MMM and have it display the month name
in the crosstab.
