Runtime convesion

edited August 2002 in General
Hi,

Is it possible somehow to convert a generated form to canvas runtime?
The problem is that reportbuilder always generates each page seperately even
if the pages are the same.
We just want to send f.i. 5 pages with text A (so 5 copies) and 3 pages with
text B (3 copies) and so on all in one
printjob. Quickreport can do this without any problem but RB as far as our
knowledge goes can't do this (or am i doing something wrong. If we can
convert a form to canvas and we send 5 copies of this page on canvas it
works well.

Anyone can help us out pls

CU

RB can do anything QR can do. How is the report constructed? Do you have
multiple reports or the same one with different data? Can you describe in
detail how you want this report to work. If you have two reports, you can
load them into separate subreports and include them in a main report. See
demo # 51 and 52 in the main reports demo project. THese pritn two section
style subreports in a main report. The main report in this case acts like a
driver to pritn only the subreports, since it iasn't connected to data
itself and will only print its detail band once.
