How to access elements on special pages?

I need to hide an element only on the last page. The element is located in
the footer band. But when setting its visibility to false the element
disappears on EVERY page. How can i access elements on certain pages?

    You can check the actual page number with:
    AbsolutePageCount and AbsolutePageNo

    In combination withe the BeforeGenerate Event of the footer it works fine...
