Descending new components

Hi there,

I've just come upon a strange thing. I'm sure the solution is very easy but
I currently don't see it.
Very many TppCustomXXXX components have private fields in them. But private
fields are not inherited when descending. So you would have to write into
the same file to access them.
But I cannot imagine that is is how you are supposed to descend own classes.
So what did I miss?
As an example, I want to create my own TppCustomPreview descendant.
