There will be no version of ReportBuilder 6 for Delphi 7. ReportBuilder 7
will support Delphi 7. This release is coming soon, most likely within the
next few weeks. Please see our website order page for information on the
    latest upgrade pricing: www.digital-metaphors.com

Is there a list of new features that ReportBuilder 7 has over version 6? I
looked over your web site, but I couldn't find it.

    1. Outline

The main report, groups and section type subreports can now
participate in the generation of an Outline (TreeView) visible in the Print
Preview form. Use the OutlineSettings property for each of these objects to
control the generation of the outline.

    2. DBArchiveReader

Simplifies the preview of report archives saved in database BLOB fields.
Open the main project in the installed RBuilder\Demos\1. Reports\ directory
and run demo #155 for an example using this component.

    3. PreviewFormSettings

The Report, ArchiveReader and DBArchiveReader components include this new
property to control the preview form settings. This replaces the
OnPreviewFormCreate event handler technique, which can be used to configure
the preview form's window state and zoom setting.

    4. TeeChart support enhanced

ReportBuilder's TeeChart support has been enhanced so that the
units containing the TeeChart editor are not linked into a standard
reporting application. ReportBuilder's support for the TeeChart editor is
isolated in a separate unit, ppChrtUI, which may be included in EndUser
    applications.

    5. Thread Safety

The report generation process, including the use of DADE and
    RAP, is now thread-safe.

    6. DBImage enhanced

Supports automatic loading of an image when the database
    contains the image path names.

This is a cool feature. Well done! BTW, isn't this only in the Enterprise
    version?

    Thanks

Thankyou! We've decided to put the outline in every edition (not just
Enterprise) of RB 7 as a new feature.
