Application is terminated when template table couldn't be open in v.7.0

Hello.
There is no the problem in vesrion 6.03 & 5.55.

The component TppReport.Template tries to open template's table when
creating form contains it.
If --THAT-- database doesn't contain the table application is crashed.
Why the strange feature is included ?
Normally I exactly assign needed database later.
I use D6.02 & RB 7.0.

I tried this in the end user environment and it correctly said that the item
could not be located. Do you have a corrupted end user item table?

If you are not using the end user environment, but are loading from the
database, then you should use a try except and check for ETemplateLoadError.
Please provide some more information on how you are loading the template and
the code around this call you are making.
