Error printing

I have a client that tells me that lately when he tries to print he gets
garbage and the following error:
PCL XL error

Subsystem: Kernel
Error: Internal Error 0x88
Operator: 0xd8
Position: 24792


Yet when he tries to print with word or notepad everything works fine.

Any ideas?

First, have him install the latest printer driver for that printer. Can he
print one of our demo reports to that printer from your application? Can he
print from our main reports demo project to that printer? What version of
RB is in the app?
