Global Print Setup

Is there a global printer setup dialog for all Report Builder reports, or am
I going to have to go through and copy the global settings for each report?

Each report has its own printer setup. The report can save down its printer
setup. After you load a report template you should assign the printer setup
that you want to use. If you have form based reports, you will have to
change the printer setup on them individually on the form.
