Calculating Maximums in RB7

I have a report that uses a DBCalc component to print the maximum for a
column at the beginning of the report in the title band. The report is two
pass and it uses look ahead. This worked fine in RB6.03. Unfortunately it
doesn't perform the same in RB7. Inside the report there are a couple of
groupings and the DBCalc now appears to show whatever the maximum of the
last grouping is, rather than the whole report. How I can get this to behave
as before?

I created a new report and tested this. It is working correctly in tests
