Save a document to a BOLB Field

I am really great full to any of you, if you could share some of your
knowledge and experience with me.

I am looking for a way that I can save a document to the BOLB field (in a
data base table).

I think this post should be more appropiate in more specific newsgroup (such
as borland.public.delphi.sqlservers if you are using Delphi) as your post
provided no idea of what programming language(s) are you using.
