Creating Control in Group Footer an positioning them(programmatically)

I have a problem with creating control in footer band and Positioning them
programmatically.

What I am doing?

We have a wizard similar to your Query Wizard .
Steps
1. Select Table .
2. Add Field
3. Add Group Fields.
4. If Selected Field has "numeric field' and User select sub totals on
numeric field then
Create DBCAL field with sum in the group footer band.
5. After Wizard is complete , I need to create these control on the report
designer .

My problem?
But When I try to position them right below detail band's it always
positioned at the Spleft in the groupfooterband.

Is there any complete example creating Report controls from Code.

Are you aware that the footer band is static height and is always printed at
the bottom of the page?
