RB 6.03, strange behavior from D3 to D6 on printing

I have some applications written in D3 upgraded to D6.
Allmost all the reports work fine, in any case everything is ok in preview.
In a copple of simple reports (DeviceType = Screen), when I try to print
them, it seems that the report goes to the printer, but it is actually not
received by it.
Probably the file received by the printer is empty. As a matter of fact, if
I try print to file, the file is empty.
Being only an occasional behavior (only 2 reports over about a hundred) it
is impossible to reproduce it.
Has anybody experienced this? and perhaps could help me?

RB 6.03 has a couple of bugs in which the report isn't always regenerated
when it should be when sent to the printer. Upgrade to RB 7 as the fixes are
included in RB 7. Order from our website at www.digital-metaphors.com
