Is there a way to keep printing detail bands even if there is no more data to print?

I have a report that includes some lines on the detail bands. I am doing a
form emulation. These lines need to continue to print down the page even if
there is no data to print.

I am reluctant to try to use an image to emulate forms because I have
another report that takes forever to print that uses a .wmf as a background.
(I'm sure the image is to big)

Any ideas on how to keep these lines printing?

You can always create draw commands to the end of the page. Here is an
example of drawing some lines at the end. You can also use a summary band to
print a bunch of lines to fill up the page.
