Master Detail Relationship on SQLCommandText

Using the report designer how do I setup a master-detail relationship where
1 dataset is made up from a SQL command, while the other dataset is a made
using the Query Wizard.


Drag-and drop master detail relationships only appear to work where both
datasets are created using Query Wizard.

Is there some function calls I can make to add a master-detail relationhip
on the BeforePrint event of the report template?

If you edit the SQL on a dataview, RB cannot create a link to it for a
master detail configuration. Can you use the QueryDesigner to create the
query? RB's linking logic supports only those dataviews which do not have
their SQL edited.
