Report Builder TChart

Delphi 6 with reportbuilder 7.1.
I am using Report Builder to generate a Tchart view based on DBISAM tables.
I cannot make the relation between the Dataset (of the tables) and the
Dataset link in the Series --> Dataset of the TChart.
I do not have access to join the table to the Tchart using Dataset.
I tried several times, I even reinstalled all Delphi with all my components
and I am still having the same problems?
Do I need any report builder updates?
Delphi updates?
Please help me in this matter.

The RB TChart wrapper will use RB's pipelines. Put a DB pipeline on the form
and associate it with a DataSource & that to a dataset. Then drop a *DB*
Chart on the report and associate that with the pipeline.

If you are using Teechart 4.04 in Delphi 6 or Delphi 7 then it won't work.
You have to assign it at runtime using runtime packages in the runtime
report designer or purchase a licensed copy of Teechart to be able to assign
the datasource of the chart to a datapipeline at Delphi design time.
