zsPageWidth, where are you?

Hi there,

After upgrading to RB 7.01, I get this error:

Undeclared identifier: 'zsPageWidth'

What happened to this constant? ppViewr is in my 'uses'.

Add ppTypes to your uses clause. The type had to be moved to ppTypes.pas to
support a new feature which couldn't include ppViewr in the uses clause.
