Custom colors cannot save

edited March 2003 in General
Notice that the designer on runtime, when you define a custom color (e.g.:
color to fill, or draw lines) it is not saved. This makes it very difficult
for the report designer to design the report. If he/she were to draw a color
background on every sub-report with a custom color, he/she has to enter the
color code to get the exact match.

This code is using Report Builder 7.01 Enterprise edition compile in Delphi
6 Professional SP2

I can't reproduce the problem. Try saving a report template as ascii text
(Report.Template.Format) and see what the Brush.Color property is saving as.
Can you send an example to support@digital-metaphors.com that shows the
    problem?

    Test performed with
    Delphi 6 (UP2)
    RB 7.02 Enterprise

aarrghh.. sorry jim for not replying you at all. I didn't remember I post it
to the newsgroup instead of the support email and I was actually waiting for
your reply instead of giving you one now.. I could I send it to you tomorrow
because I am about to go home now. Sorry about the long long delay.
    :)

I was thinking, could you wait until I install the latest RB 7.02 and try it
out and see if the problem reoccur?

Sure, I tried it again, but cannot reproduce the error. If you can try it in
7.02 and reproduce the problem, then tell us how to reproduce the problem
    step by step.
