TppDesigner - Data Tab Missing

When I open previously created reports in my designer, I get an error that
'class TdaDataModule' cannot be found. If I click ignore, the designer
opens with no data or calc tabs. If I create new reports, I receive no
errors, but those same tabs are missing.

I included daDataModule in my project to try and fix this problem. Now I
just get another error: 'Class TdaBDEQueryDataView not found'. I am
obviously missing an include of some sort. The strange thing is, I copied
all the controls and code from another form where this is all working
perfectly.

Any help would be appreciated!

Please see the tech-tips newsgroup for an article in the end user thread on
"Controlling the End User Environment" for a detailed explanation.
Basically, you need to add daIDE, raIDE and daDBBDE to the uses clause.
