Paul,

RBuilder uses your printer driver to measure text for components in the
report. Update your current printer driver and see if that fixes it. If
the problem persists, as a test, try installing the print driver for a HP
LaserJet 4 and setting that as your default printer and then re-launch
Delphi. This will evaluate if your printer driver is to blame. If this
does not fix the issue, try reinstalling ReportBuilder 7.02 Build 2 Dated
03/17.
