How to show the reportbuilder in a running App

Hello,

Is it possible to show the Reportbuilder when you app is running, I want to
give my customers the opportunity to edit their reports by there own. So I
want that reportbuilder is started when I press a button or something. If it
is possible, can anybody explain me how to do this ?????
