Version information in BPL's

Hello,

When you guys bring out an update on reportbuilder, the versionnumber of the
BPL's stay the same.
This means that installation tools like InstallShield do NOT see that the
BPL has changed and the BPL will NOT be overriden during the install.
Because we build our applications using packages this is a problem.

Hi Eric,

We do not support package versioning in our installs. You will need to
check the package dates rather than the version when rebuilding.
