problems with webtier configuration

Hi.
I need some help. I have a Webtier and the rbserver running in the same
server. The ini file has the next main configuration values

[WebTier]
CacheDirectory=C:\rbWebPub\Cache\
WebCachePath=http://localhost/rbWebPub/Cache/
WebModuleURI=http://localhost/rbWebPub/report.asp
[ServerConnection]
Address=localhost
Port=1333

The problem is that when I try to access from outside writing the url in the
browser (http://mywebserver/rbWebPub/report.asp) where mywebserver is the
external IP a Page not found message is shown. I tried changing the Address
value from localhost to the server IP 192.168...... (Internal) and nothing
happen. Should I use te external IP (mywebserver) as an Address value
having both application runing in the same server?.
When I do the same from the server it works properly.

The webtier needs to use external IP or domain name (i.e. myCompany.com).
