Session Folder Cleanup

I noticed that the report builder creates
these temp folders with GUID names.
These are for the sessions, right ?

So how do they get deleted ?
I'm running on Apache, so I'm wondering
whose job is it to do the clean ups.
The Apache server or the ReportBuilder server ?

When the WebTier processes a request, it will also check whether sessions
have timed out and remove the corresponding folder of the timed out
session(s).
