HeaderBand in subreports

Hi,
I have four subreports pbSection (Independent Data Sources) and the
their Sumary Bands are shown fine, but the header band is shown only if
there is no records. I mean if the 1st and 3rd subreports have no
records, their Headers are shown but the others don't. Can anyone help
me?

All the sub report's detail bands are connected and it looks like i was
wrong. The first two sub reports don't show the header but the others
do. No matter they have records or not.

What are your NoDataBehaviors properties set to for each report? Are the
subreports connected to datapipelines?
