File Version on runtime .bpls
We distribute some runtime bpls with our product, but I was surprised to
see these .bpls (e.g. rbDB76.bpl) have no File Version specified in them
(other than the default 1.0.0.0). Why is that not set? We need to make
sure we've got the proper files installed when we install our product,
but we can't go by this number to tell, which is a hassle. Has anyone
else run into this problem?
