Collating two reports
I have two invoice reports, one for in-house use and the other for the
customer. I need to be able to print multiple invoices with the in-house
and customer copies both printing together. Both reports have page footer
and page header bands that are crucial to the look of the invoice. I have
tried loading the two reports into subreports, but since the page header and
page footer bands don't function in subreports if there are more detail
items than will fit on the page with the header and footer the detail items
keep printing down the page and kick the footer(now a group footer) over to
the next page. It is required that the header and footer bands print at the
bottom of every page. Is there any way to print two reports together so
that like records are collated?

The following example shows a report with 2 section style subreports. The
report is generated to an in-memory page cache and then the pages are
re-arranged. The report preview shows the collated pages.
