Problems contacting DM

We are trying to purchase an upgrade license from RB 7 Pro to RB 10
Enterprise. One of the folks in our purchasing department has been
trying to contact DM via email at all three addresses listed on the
Contact Us page since mid-December. We are a city government entity and
need DM to register as a city vendor in order for us to complete the
purchase order. I have tried to call on a number of occasions, but have
gotten a recording on every call. I have a number of reports in the
queue that depend on functionality that is not available in our current
version, so I'm wondering if there is a better way to get in touch?

I realize this may not be the optimal place for this post, but I'm
getting desperate!

    I apologize for the inconvenience! I have not received any e-mails,
    unfortunately and do not see any in my spam folder.

    Please tell me where to go to register as a city vendor and I will get your
    upgraded processed ASAP.
