I had a look at demo 152 as recommended by the help but I cannot see how the
drilldown component is used in this case. The question I need an answer to
though is how the drilldown component handles master detail relationships.
i.e. I want the subreport to drill down only when the user clicks a link and
this should only evaluate the detail query at that time.
Should I user a onPrint / OnPrintcomplete event to open and close the sub
Report detail query at those points so that the detail query does not get
constantly reevaluated for each master row whchi would slow it down?
