dclRBC2027.bpl not found

Who knows where i can find this BPL? seems like the only component that didn't download.

    this seems like the only component that didn't download after i installed report builder.

    dclRBC is the RB/TeeChart package. It is built and installed during installation of ReportBuilder. The two main causes for this error are that TeeChart was not installed into Delphi or a trial version of Delphi is being used.
