Email-setting doesn't work

Hello,

We use the emailsetting. Everthings works on the development pc.
I can open een email with the pdf report in the attachement.

But when I want to test this on the deployment. I click the email button but nothings happend.
On the development PC we have Outlook 2013 but on the deployment pc there we have outlook 2016 (office 356).

We use reportbuilder enterprice version 17.02 build 149.

Any suggestion?
