2D barcode Maxicode errors.
Dear Nard, anybody else who can help.
I created a 2D Maxicode barcode.
It displays properly, but my CipherLab9400 I'm testing an application with,
doesn't read it.
I can read many other Maxicode barcodes even off wikepedia .. see the
example at the link .. it reads it easy.
But not on display on screen or printed out.
When displaying on screen it doesn't have the smooth edges for the 'dots'
I'm sure it should. See attached image from wikepedia 200px-MaxiCode_svg.png
I have attached the Maxicode output on screen.
When I however print to my canon PIXMA IP 5200, it instead of printing solid
dots, its printing many small circles where the dots are meant to be!
When I print the document to text file, then save as PDF, the one attached,
and then print it from PDF, it prints correctly, with the 'dots' filled in.
This correctly appearing maxicode, will allso not be read by the reader.
Something is not well here.
Can you please help to set this right.
Thanks in advance
