Codepage issues at printing

Dear all,

we run RB 10.06 Enterprise. On a Polish windows installation we see that our
Delphi 2007 application presents the characters correctly as well as the
preview in RB does. However if we decide to print the page the special
Polish characters are wrong.
I would have blamed the print driver, however if we export the report to PDF
(via waler.com component) or to the RB-own text export and print those with
the same print driver everything is correct.
Does anybody have an idea where to search for a solution?

Hi Stephan,

We have not heard of this issue before. Do the Polish characters look
incorrect if you print to a different printer or perhaps the Microsoft
Document Image Writer?

I would first recommend upgrading your version to RB 10.09 and see if that
helps the problem. Contact info@digital-metaphors.com for upgrade
instructions.

thanks for your infos. It was neither a Delphi nor a RB issue.
Somehow the problem was solved by re-installing the printer drivers.
