Report stops after update

edited June 2010 in General
Hi,

we have updated ReportBuilder 6.03 to the current version 12. We tested the
new Version and after generating about 275 pages a "Not enough memory"
Exception was thrown. We tested multiple times with the same report and the
same data and the report never finished. The generation stopped at different
pages. In the old version we were able to print more than 800 pages with the
same report and data.

We use D6 with IBX and Firebird 1.5.3.

Any help would be appreciated.

Best regards

    Hi Steve,

First be sure you are using the latest version of RB (12.01).

Does this happen with every report over 275 pages? If not, what is
different about this report than the ones that do function correctly?
Perhaps try simplifying the report in question (removing components\event
handlers) to try to isolate what is causing the problem.

    Hi Nico,

thanks for your reply. We 're missing the update info with the download
link, so I cannot download the latest version. We are using V. 12.0 at the
    moment.

What we tried so far is:
    - Printing without images -> Report stopped after about 500 pages
    - Completely removed our individual RAP extensions -> No effect Report
    stopped after about 270 pages

    Best regards

    Hi Steve,

If possible, please send a simple example I can run on my machine that
causes this problem so I can track down the issue. Send the example in .zip
    format to support@digital-metaphors.com.
