RB 14.03 grey stripe in preview

Since v14.03 there appears a grey stripe on the left border in the preview
window.
Did anybody notice this?
Is there a patch for this problem?

Tested with Delphi XE2 on 64-bit Windows.

It's the area where the outline appears. But the outline function is
disabled.

This is an official patch for RB 14.03. The fix will be included in all
new releases of ReportBuilder.
