How to format text vertically and also print it upside down (from memo ) ?

Hi Kamran,

Rotated text is supported for non-wrapped text componennts in
ReportBuilder. You can use the Angle property of an Label or DBText to
alter the rotation.

It is on our list of possible enhancements to support rotated wrapped
text such as memos. Thanks for the feedback.
